Stephan Soriano is the CEO of ICAR who, with more than 17 years of experience in the airfreight and air charter market, has a strong knowledge of the market.

He is supported by Sophie GUASTELLA, the operations manager. She has been working with Stephan Soriano for many years  and because of their close working relation over the years  was logical choice as his number  2.

Malek Meziane was doing Transport Studies and did the work experience required for his course at ICAR. On graduation he became a full time member of the team
